Bookings
From your initial enquiry we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours. From the time of our reply we will hold the dates you requested for 1 week. A non refundable deposit of 33% will be required to reserve your booking. Payment of the balance is required at least 4 weeks before the start of your booking. Payment can not be accepted by card. It is important to note that we are unable to accommodate pets and, as the house is built on a hill with steps leading to the different levels it may be unsuitable for those with restricted mobility. We want you to enjoy our house but we request that the following house rules are observed :
Any breakages must be paid for. This can be done if it is a small item by simply replacing the item. For larger items you must contact us or our representative. Included in the price
A welcome food pack can be provided if requested. |

Bookings can be made on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday. Arrivals time is after 3 pm. Vacation time is 10am. As the house is centrally heated it is available all year for bookings. Prices are in £'s For off season prices or mid week bookings please contact us for a quote. Discounts are available for early bookings and those longer than 2 weeks.
